Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and split testing to fuel strategic CRO decisions.

- Work closely with internal teams to refine landing pages for maximum impact.
- Stay ahead of the curve by continuously learning and applying the latest CRO techniques.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience in CRO with a focus on landing page optimization for lead generation.
- A portfolio showcasing dramatic conversion improvements and successful client outcomes.
- Expertise with CRO tools (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely) and strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Outstanding communication skills and a results-oriented attitude.
- Bonus: Experience with Google Analytics and related analytics platforms.
